1- Warranty is available for 14 days for Kit, Mod and Pod System against manufacturing defects but not misuse.
2- Disposables, Coils, and Cartridges are not covered by warranty because they are consumable and used for a particular period of time before being disposed of.
– How the product is used significantly affects the expected life of the product.
– Return is only allowed if there is a manufacturing defect rather than misuse. This has to be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the product.
3- Liquid is not covered by warranty for the liquid because the website is not responsible for meeting the expectations of the clients regarding taste. The fact that the client doesn’t like the taste of the product doesn’t mean there is a problem with the liquid.
