Return Policy for Disposables, Coils, Cartridges

- May not be returned as they are consumable items that are used for a certain period of time before being disposed of. The expected life of the product is mainly dependent on how it is used.
- Return is available only in the case of a manufacturing defect but not misuse. It has to be reported within a 48 hours maximum of the receipt of the product.

E-Liquid Return Policy

- The liquid may not be returned or replaced because the Website is not responsible for meeting clients’ expectations regarding flavors.
- If the flavor doesn’t satisfy the taste of the client, it doesn’t mean that there is a problem with the liquid.

How to return or replace?

- Contact us via whatsapp or email or on social media.
- We will send someone to take back the product. We check the product upon receipt to check the validity of the complaint. If a return is requested for one of the products mentioned above for manufacturing defects, we will make sure that the product is in the same state in which it was received by the client and that it was not opened. The client bears the cost of delivery.
- In case we confirm that there is actually a manufacturing defect, we bear the cost of delivery charges and contact the client to know if they want to return or replace the product.
- All products displayed on our Website are 100% authentic, and brought from their original manufacturers or their authorized distributors directly to us.
- So, the client should research the product in order to know its advantages and disadvantages before purchasing it because we are not responsible for wrong choices of clients, i.e. when the client chooses an unsuitable product because of insufficient information.
- All information written on our website about the products are the description of the manufacturer and were not made by us. That is why we always assert that the client has to do research and watch videos to choose the most suitable product. We are keen that our clients’ experience is successful and satisfying.
