Delivery within Cairo & Giza usually takes 1–3 business days, and 2–5 business days for other governorates. We’ll contact you once your order is on the way.

Consumable items (like liquids, pods, or coils) cannot be returned unless proven defective.


6. Can I return or replace a vape liquid if I don’t like the flavor?

Unfortunately, no. Taste preference varies by person, so we can’t return or replace e-liquids based on flavor dissatisfaction.
