How can I place an order?

1.Choose the product you want, then select the color – flavor – nicotine strength – resistance, and click Add to Cart.

2.Repeat the same step until you’ve added all your desired products.

3.Click on the bag icon at the top right corner to view your cart, then click Checkout.

4.Fill in your details (make sure your phone number is 11 digits in English with no spaces) and click Place Order.

Cairo & Giza: within 24 to 72 working hours.

  • Other governorates: within 3 to 7 working days (depending on the governorate).

Delivery is available every day except Fridays, public holidays, and the first day of Ramadan.

Cairo & Giza orders: are usually shipped the next working day or the same day if placed before 11 AM, without confirmation.


Other governorates: orders are shipped the next working day after confirmation via WhatsApp, and shipping fees must be transferred the first time to ensure delivery commitment.

Yes. You can track your order by entering your order number and email address on the Order Tracking page.

Once your order is completed, the order number appears on the confirmation page, and you’ll also receive an email with your invoice and order number automatically.

1. Devices (Kit, Mod, Pod):

Warranty available for 14 days against manufacturing defects only (not misuse).

2. Disposable devices, coils, and cartridges:

No warranty, as these are consumable items with limited lifespan depending on usage.

Products can only be replaced in case of manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

3. E-liquids:

No warranty is available for e-liquids. The store is not responsible for personal taste preferences, as flavor satisfaction varies.
