6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time depends on your location within Egypt.

  • Puffat Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Consumable items (such as coils, pods, and e-liquids) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • If a defect is confirmed, Puffat Store will cover delivery costs and offer a replacement or refund.

  • If no defect is found, the customer bears delivery fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puffat Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Misuse of products.

  • Personal taste or satisfaction issues (especially for e-liquids).

  • Delays or errors caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.
