  • Delivery to other governorates: 2–5 business days depending on location.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Any additional delivery attempts caused by incorrect address information will be charged to the customer.

  • Orders without confirmation may be delayed or canceled.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please check your order upon delivery.

  • If any product is damaged or missing, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Puffat Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
