Return & Exchange Policy

At Puffat Store, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer only 100% authentic products sourced directly from official manufacturers or authorized distributors.

However, due to the nature of vaping products, returns and exchanges are limited and subject to the following conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defects Only

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days only in the case of a manufacturing defect, not misuse.

    • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  2. Consumable Products

    • Certain items (like coils, pods, and liquids) cannot be returned as they are consumables that have a limited lifespan based on usage.

    • The expected lifetime of these products depends on individual use and care.

  3. E-Liquids

    • Liquids cannot be returned or replaced due to taste preference.

    • If a flavor doesn’t meet your expectations, it does not indicate a defect.

  4. Inspection & Pickup

    • Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or social media to report any issue.

    • We will arrange for a pickup to inspect the product.

    • If a defect is confirmed, Puffat Store will cover delivery costs and offer either a replacement or refund.

    • If no defect is found, the customer bears the delivery charges.

  5. Product Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for researching product specifications before purchasing.

    • Puffat Store is not responsible for unsuitable choices due to lack of product knowledge.

    • All product descriptions on our website are provided by manufacturers, not written by us.
