VOOPOO ITO Coils (1 PCS ), featuring mesh heating elements clocking in at 1.0ohm and 1.2ohm for delivering delicious flavored vapor.

The VooPoo ITO replacement coils are compatible with the ITO pod or ITO X pod that comes with the VooPoo Doric 20 or the VooPoo Drag Q kit, respectively. There are two types of MTL (Mouth to Lung) coils: one with 1.2 Ohms and one with 1.0 Ohms. But DTL (Direct to Lung) vapers can get a 0.5 Ohm one if they want a little more vapor.

      • The expected lifetime of these products depends on individual use and care.

    3. E-Liquids

      • Liquids cannot be returned or replaced due to taste preference.

      • If a flavor doesn’t meet your expectations, it does not indicate a defect.

    4. Inspection & Pickup

      • Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or social media to report any issue.

      • We will arrange for a pickup to inspect the product.

      • If a defect is confirmed, Puffat Store will cover delivery costs and offer either a replacement or refund.

      • If no defect is found, the customer bears the delivery charges.

    5. Product Responsibility

      • Customers are responsible for researching product specifications before purchasing.
